From brief to MVP in about 4 weeks of work. From branding, concept, ui design and development. With api integration to Personio and HubSpot.

Recruiting with a focus in cultural fit.

To transport this and also to stand out from the market, we use different colors while keeping the design clean. We put the value proposition in the focus and also added the second product layer "The MatchGrid". To explain how the cultural fit of possible candidates is defined.
Clean and straight forward CI approach with a calming, sophisticated greenish color set up and license free font styles.
The cultural fit measurement product is the MatchGrid. With this Grid Nexlevel focussed the urge of really pointing out what the USPs of there service are. They speak not just we the C-Level, they summarize the requirements of the role with the team and so increasing the cultural fit into the team of the potential candidates. See the website

Integration of different Apis for data transfers

The company layer prospect's data is transferred to HubSpot which was easy. The talent layer prospect's data is transferred to Personio, which was more challenging.
